Preparing Your Staff

If you are a manager or business owner, do you take steps to help you and your staff stress less during this busy and demanding time?  It might be easier than you think. Consider these two suggestions.

• Send an email out before and during the holiday season reminding and encouraging your staff to take a few minutes everyday to breathe slowly and deeply.
