Think More Clearly After Eating Certain Foods? Think About It!

Here is a list of foods that I recently found that help improve brain functioning (focusing and concentration).  You may be familiar with some of these but not all of them.  The list includes blueberries, green tea, avocados, leafy green vegetables, fatty fish (salmon, trout, mackerel, herring, sardines, pilchards and kipper), water, dark chocolate, flax seeds and nuts.

I eat most of them on a regular basis, but I am not consciously aware that my brain is operating more effectively and efficiently because of these foods.  How do I know that it isn’t the meditation, the acupuncture, the exercise, slowing down, positive thinking, etc.?  Many people probably are wondering the same thing.  How does one pinpoint changes to one specific action, dietary change etc.  In any case, eating the following foods surely can’t hurt, right?
