I could not figure out why my homemade ice cream had no vanilla taste. I was about ready to abandon the vanilla when something told me to triple the amount. I had no idea if it would work, but what did I have to lose? It worked! My chocolate ice cream had just enough vanilla but not too much to destroy the chocolate flavor!
Lesson 101- if the eyes view the cupboard with the spices and seasonings, the hands move in that direction, go there!
